Two In Two Out: X Factor Malta’s New Judges Will Be Revealed Tonight At 6pm!
X Factor Malta is back after a one-year hiatus and the judging panel for the upcoming season will be revealed tonight at 6pm.
The singing competition is coming back to your television screens this October – and we couldn’t be more hyped.
Well-informed sources told Lovin Malta that two of the past judges will remain, while two new faces will be added, all of whom will be from the Maltese music scene.
Some individuals are speculating the possibility of having William Mangion, Gianni Zammit, Philippa from The New Victorians, and Il-Kapxi among others, on this year’s judges panel.
Season two’s judges panel, which remained the same as the opening season, was composed of music producer Howard Keith Debono, local singer Ira Losco, The Riff’s frontman Ray Mercieca and local singer and songwriter Alexandra Alden, with Ben Camille as the presenter of the show.
The winner of the show usually gets to represent Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest. Results have been positive so far with Destiny Chukunyere finishing a respectable seventh, despite the national heartbreak, and Michela Pace making it to the final of the competition.
The winner of this year’s singing competition will win €50,000, the biggest prize ever offered on Maltese Television.
Who do you think will be on this year’s X Factor Malta judges panel?
