A march calling for justice for Pelin Kaya will be taking place later on today in Valletta.

The event will be kicking off at 7pm starting from the parliament in Valletta and leading all the way towards St Elmo.

“At 8pm there will be a gathering at Gżira Gardens where Pelin’s trees are,” a close friend of Pelin told Lovin Malta.

“Her family is here, and will be there to gather with people as well.”

30-year-old Pelin’s life ended tragically earlier this year when an intoxicated driver crashed into the Gżira KFC outlet.

Camilleri was reportedly high on cocaine when he ran into a 30-year-old Turkish woman. The man was driving a BMW when he drove into a petrol station and the side of the restaurant.
