Epstein Documents Unveiled: Prince Andrew, Michael Jackson And Stephen Hawking Among Those Linked To Sex Offender
Several court documents establishing high-profile associates of notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were published yesterday.
Some of the most notable names include the likes of Prince Andrew, Michael Jackson, former US president Bill Clinton, David Copperfield, Donald Trump, and Stephen Hawking.
These names were listed in court documents relating to Virginia Giuffre’s lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite convicted of sex trafficking and similar charges for acquiring teenage girls for disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Many of the famous names contained in the document had been singled out prior to the unsealing of the Court papers.
The inclusion of a name in the list does not imply that the individual mentioned is facing accusations of wrongdoing in relation to Epstein. Some of the names included are individuals briefly mentioned in legal proceedings.
The convicted sex offender Maxwell mentioned in a deposition that Prince Andrew visited Epstein’s Island in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier Epstein has been accused of abusing many young girls on this same island.
He reportedly hanged himself in his jail cell with an orange noose he fashioned from a piece of fabric.
When the accused Ghislane Maxwell was asked whether she was present on the island when Prince Andrew paid a visit, she confirmed that she was indeed there, saying that “there were no girls on the island at all. No girls, no women, other than the staff who work at the house.”
In a 2016 testimony, Epstein victim Johanna Sjoberg said that Maxwell called her to an upstairs closet where they pulled out a puppet of Prince Andrew.
“And they decided to take a picture with it, in which Virginia and Andrew sat on a couch.
“They put the puppet on Virginia’s lap, and I sat on Andrew’s lap, and they put the puppet’s hand on Virginia’s breast, and Andrew put his hand on my breast, and they took a photo,” Sjoberg testified.
In another deposition, Sjoberg admitted that Epstein once said that “Clinton likes them young, referring to girls”.
“President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York,” said Clinton’s spokesperson Angel Ureña in a Twitter statement.
The victim also mentioned that the late musician Michael Jackson was present at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion, and that she met the famous magician David Copperfield.
Sjoberg also mentioned Trump during her deposition, where she said that once they sought shelter in one of the former US President’s casinos when a storm stopped Epstein’s plane from landing in New York City.
Other unsealed papers included an email from Epstein to Maxwell containing a proposition for her to “issue a reward” to victim Giuffre’s friends if they can prove that her claims of Stephen Hawking participating in an orgy with underage girls are false.
Hawking was photographed on Epstein’s island in March 2006, as part of a science conference trip on neighbouring island St Thomas.
The conference was paid for by Epstein and 20 other scientists attended.
