Bail For Maltese Pimp Accused Of Turning Certified Foreign Masseuses Into Sex Workers With 12 Clients A Day
The courts of Malta have granted bail to 30-year-old Fayton Falzon from Pieta’ and prohibited him from leaving the island after they heard how he allegedly ran his prostitution ring via three massage parlours across the island.
Four women – Alina Shcheblykina, 26, Tetiana Shapovalova, 41 and Yuliia Sosnik, 28, all from Ukraine, and Tatiana Druta, 29, from Moldova – who had come to Malta to work as masseuses told the courts how they would spend their days with clients.
“Falzon had explained what the work involved. He said it was a massage salon, but there would also be intimate stuff – either a blowjob, or sex. Very few clients wanted just a massage,” said Sosnik.

Sosnik allegedly found out about Falzon through a third party, and she explained that she had worked at the Body Kiss Massage in Pieta from 9am to 10pm, having sex with multiple clients throughout the day.
Sosnik, who is a certified masseuse explained the price of undertaking such acts. “Each client would pay us €50. I used to keep €25 and give Fayton the other half. We would also give Fayton a daily fee of €20, to cover condoms and other needs. The least number of clients I had in a day was five, the most, around 12, and all the working girls used protection.”
The Faithful Massage Parlour in Santa Venera, Body Kiss Massage in Pieta and The Queen Massage Parlour in Birkirkara are just three of the establishments they would allegedly work in.

Falzon was charged with living on the proceeds of prostitution and running a brothel, and the women were charged with having participated in a brothel which is frequented for prostitution purposes.

The women, who spoke in court one-by-one, sometimes with the help of a translator, told the court how a CCTV setup monitored how many clients per day they had.
Most clients who enter the room, undress, lay down on the bed, receive a normal massage, and then, if they asked for it, would have sex with the women. A normal session was about 30 minutes in total.
Some of the girls told the court how they had to buy their own plane ticket to Malta, just to work as a prostitute.

Shcheblykina explained what the girls would do when they ran out of condoms with clients
“When they ran out, we would WhatsApp Fayton asking for more ‘Snickers’, which is how we used to refer to condoms. I would often forget this, and just ask for ‘condoms’.”
The four women were found guilty and sentenced to a year in prison each, suspended for two years. Falzon was granted bail against a deposit of €800 and personal guarantee of €10,000.
