Body Of Man Who Fell Four Storeys Found By Workers In Sliema Construction Site
A body of a man who died after falling four storeys on a construction site in Sliema was found by workers starting their day this morning, it is being reported.
Police, the Civil Protection Department, and medical assistance were called in following the fatal accident that occurred this morning at 9am in Triq Dingli. One News reported that the man was a foreigner, and was reportedly not working on the site at the time.
To retrieve his body which had fallen into an inaccessible part of the construction site, Civil Protection workers from the USAR division had to use ropes and even some of the construction machinery on site.
It is believed the man did not work for the company running the construction site, and is unrelated to them.
