Nas Daily Responds To Backlash, Denies Receiving Money From Maltese Government

Viral vlogger Nas Daily has been in Malta for over a week now and has had the time to cover quite a few topics by now.
From aging populations in Gozo to shortcomings in the Maltese education system to the language, Nas has ostensibly tried to explore some of what he saw as the more interesting aspects of Malta.
However, more and more people have started calling him out.
He’s been accused of using Maltese churches, people, and even the President as props in his videos, as well as ignoring what people perceive to be more important issues in Malta.
One major accusation that Nas is facing is that he is receiving money from the Maltese government. The vlogger has now responded to those accusations in a public post on Facebook.

Saying that he is fighting with the Malta Tourism Authority so as not to lose money on this Saturday’s massive event, he says that he was “not paid a cent” to be in Malta.
He also responded to the criticism for his choice of vlog topics. Saying his job is not to report but talk about the stories no one else is talking about, he said that he would also not add any value to the discussion on these topics.

Nas had originally decided to stay in Malta for a week, but extended his stay when he realised just how unique the country is. Tomorrow he is hoping to gather 1% of the Maltese population for a free event near the Triton Fountain in Valletta.
