Male Nurse Guilty Of Toilet Spy-Cam At Malta’s Hospital Sentenced To Three-Year Psychological Treatment Order

The peeping tom of Mater Dei has been handed a €5,500 fine and a three-year probation period, as well as a three-year psychological treatment order.
Last week, he pleaded guilty charges of photographing without consent in a private or sexual nature.
Although his lawyers had requested a ban on the publication of the accused’s name, with no objection from the prosecuting inspector, Alexander Borg was named. The judge then sought it fit to proceed with the hearings earlier today.
Inspector Colin Sheldon was joined by Cybercrime unit member inspector Sergio Pisani in prosecution. Borg was arraigned in court today before magistrate Astrid May Grima.
