British superstar comedian Michael McIntyre landed in Malta this afternoon and got his first taste of Maltese roads!

In a short car ride after leaving the airport, McIntrye and his Maltese manager Grazio reportedly ended up “car sick” as they found themselves stuck behind a massive truck, lots of hooting cars and going around way too many winding roads.

“Then one car stopped randomly in our lane and there was a lot of laughing,” a member of his team told Lovin Malta. 

McIntyre will tonight give his first of two sold-out shows. 

Saturday’s crowd should expect some football references as McIntyre has specifically requested to watch the Tottenham vs Chelsea match live in his hotel room before the show.
