22-Year-Old Man Seriously Injured After Losing Control And Falling Off Bike In Sliema
A 22-year-old Hungarian man has suffered serious injuries following a bike accident on Saturday night.
The incident took place at Xatt ta’ Tigne, Tas-Sliema at around 9.45pm.
The ensuing police investigation revealed that the Hungarian gentleman, a resident of San Ġwann, had lost control of his Kymco motorcycle and fell onto the road.
An ambulance was called and the man was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment. It was there, that the serious nature of his injuries was confirmed.
Police investigations are currently ongoing.
