Fifty And Faithful: PN Leader Writes Birthday Poem Asking God For Strength
Opposition leader Adrian Delia has turned 50 day today and, on occasion of this milestone, he has penned a prayerful poem asking God to give him strength.

“Time is but the measure of our stay upon this earth. Age is merely its flag bearer,” Delia wrote. “Every day that passes we can count what we’ve made or we may look at what we’ve given.”
“By the end of our years the more we would have given the bigger our blessings would have been.”
“I pray that God gives me the strength to fight the hardest battles, to climb the highest peaks, to reach the furthest goals but above all to learn from the worst moments, to rise from the hardest falls and to love back those who harm us most.”
Delia enjoys writing poems and has frequently expressed his thoughts in verse, particularly in the midst of difficult political moments.
To mark his birthday, the PN has launched a fundraising campaign on NET FM, where people are being asked to donate €10 or €25.
