“Thank you to a kind man that wanted to remain anonymous but sponsored my father’s 50th birthday party so he can still celebrate it in hospital,” Jake wrote on his Instagram page while sharing a footage of his father as the festivities began.

“I’d want to thank my wife, my son, my family, my friends and, in particular, Claire Catanzaro  and Carmen Mangion the Incharge  nurse, As well the Mater Dei, Disney Land Ward staff nurses, for  a surprise celebration for my 50th birthday love you all,” Josie wrote on his Facebook page.
