A man filmed throwing items off a balcony in Qawra has been repatriated to his country of origin.

The man, filmed on 5th July on a balcony hurling things as passersby avoided the area, was eventually arrested by police officers, and has been held in custody since the incident.

TVM reported that the owner of the flat, which was damaged in the incident, did not want to press charges against the man.

The road below the flat was littered with debris and bulky items following the incident as individuals attempted to clean up the area once officers had calmed the scene down.
