Michelin Recommended Restaurant Serves New Ethnic Mediterranean Menu In Senglea

Everything’s better when you share it with the ones you love, especially food. Building on this idea, the sharing concept at Hammett’s Maċina in Senglea embodies the spirit of the Mediterranean with the flair of fine dining.
Located in what could soon be a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the 16th-century fortification makes for the perfect setting to enjoy an evening meal out.
The dishes at Hammett’s Maċina reflects a fusion of flavours from around the vast Mediterranean, and they’re back with a new, tasty menu to tantalise your taste buds.

Being awarded the Michelin Recommendation for the third year in a row, Hammett’s Maċina is constantly looking for ways they can make the dining experience more distinctive and exciting than ever before.
That’s why Chef Mickael Noblet, restauranteur Chris Hammett and the rest of the team took the idea of finer dining and truly played around with how something like a sharing concept can be elevated to the next level.
Launching a brand new menu on the 18th August, utilising traditional ingredients in unconventional ways – this new menu results in a truly refreshing spread.
