It’s been a year since Mamma’s Sugar set up shop in Ta’ Xbiex and has since then been delighting the sweet tooth population with its delicious and homemade creations.
Mamma’s Sugar has a variety of pastries and cakes, great coffee and a cosy ambiance. But what has really put this place on the map are their fluffy mini pancakes.
Inspired by Dutch Poffertjes, these delectable pancakes have become the source of wild creativity. A base of praline chocolate cream is topped with a topping of your choice to create your own perfect bite.

They have flipped the tables on this one and their fluffy, creamy rolls are like nothing you have tried before. They offer a classic version with a sprinkle of cinnamon or you can indulge in one of their dozen choices of praline chocolate.
