8 Reasons Why You Should Apply To This University In Malta

It’s hard to believe that in a few short weeks summer will be over, and many of us have to start thinking about our next step. And if that next step is continuing your education, why not try something different? If you’ve been wanting to break into computing or business, Middlesex University has you covered. They already boast an impressive batch of alumni making cool stuff with their degrees, but here’s a few more reasons to check them out.

1. Education on point

Like we said, their focus is on business and computing, so if that’s what you’re after, this is the place for you. They’re constantly working to make sure their curriculum is up to date. Every course is checked year-to-year to see if it can be improved, and so it’s always up to the industry standard. You’ll never be left in the dust, and your newfound skills will always be in demand.

2. Travel and study at the same time

Ever wanted to live in London? Or Dubai? How about Mauritius? Being a member of an international University means you can travel the world to any other campus in order to continue your studies. It’s an education and a travel agent all in one.

3. You’re nearly guaranteed to get a job

98% of Middlesex graduates have a job right out of the gate. Between the University’s ties to employers and very hire-able graduates, as long as you pay attention in class, you’re golden.

4. Doesn’t matter where you come from

An international University means international students. You’ll be able to meet people from all around the globe and exchange culture or ideas. They don’t care who or what you are, as long as you’re willing to learn, you have a place at that campus.

5. You’re more than just a number

The University boasts smaller class sizes, and more teachers, meaning that you’ll be getting a lot more individual attention. That means that problems you encounter, or questions you’ll have, will get answered and dealt with quickly and personally. No matter what, you’ve got support. It’s a student-first attitude which we love.

6. And the campus itself is incredible

Built into a restored hospital in Pembroke, the inside has been completely renovated. There is plenty of space to spread out and work as a group, or find yourself a quiet room to study alone. A fully stocked library for you to peruse. Oh, and did we mention the place has its very own robotics lab? Have fun!

7. But what about the money?

Okay, so the University is not free.  But they’re also not trying to rob you. They let you pay back how you can, when you can, and can make a different payment system for every student. Plus you can get up to 70% of the tuition fee back in tax rebates through the Get Qualified scheme, and you’ve got the monthly government grant to keep you going. Seems reasonable no?

8. The bottom line

The University is awesome, you’re probably gonna get a job out of it, you get to travel and meet people from all over the world and it’s not gonna break the bank. Where do I sign up?
