Lovin Malta has been live for 2 months now, and a lot has happened! Our audiences have grown over time, but the very first time most people heard about Lovin Malta was at an ice-cream giveaway just outside University. Whenever we write something, we're always looking to start a conversation, and this first event was perfect for that.

We got to spend a day speaking to people, talking about our new concept and of course, discussing the delicious ice-cream we were giving out!

But we couldn't just give away regular old store-bought snacks, oh no. We went with Molecular Ice Cream, and it was freshly prepared for us by the team at Nitro Scoop

Those who tasted it, and saw it made certainly don't need any further explaination, but for those who are new here, what makes the ice cream so special? Since Nitro Scoop prepare the ice cream using liquid nitrogen (yes, the actual thing), it's made as fresh as possible. The second it gets frozen, it's ready to be eaten. It really doesn't get any fresher than that.

Imagine a cloud of mist filling up the table, falling to the floor like a waterfall chilling your toes especially in this summer's heat approaching , your ice cream of choice is made instantly in a matter of 60 seconds or less.

Fresher Than You Gif

What's more is that the ice cream is prepared using 100% organic fresh seasonal fruit.

All other commercial ice cream takes a minimum of 20 minutes to freeze. Nitro Scoop takes 15 seconds. Since the ice cream is frozen so quickly, the ice crystals hardly have a chance to grow, which results in extremely small ice crystals and the smoothest, creamiest ice cream possible. Saying our ice cream is the creamiest is basically a scientific fact.

Bart Ice Cream

Depending on the situation, or the season, Nitro Scoop make all kinds of flavours, including fresh passion fruit, and real alcoholic ice cream. They also cater for specific dietary requirements.

Also, the freezing process looks super cool!
