Shoreditch has been dominating social media with its mouthwatering burgers and decadent pancakes for a couple of years now, and the latest addition to their menu sees the eatery carrying on with their all-too famous momentum.

Say hello to the Short Rib Burger

The new burger was announced last night, and promises to echo all things London. The honey chipotle ketchup, rucola, beef burger blend, red Leicester cheese, and hash browns already sound delicious on their own, but it’s that amazing-looking pulled short rib the burger is named after which we’re really excited about.  

Shoreditch posted a video of them prepping the first batch of burgers yesterday, instantly getting thousands of views. And with a result like that, it’s very easy to see why.

We don’t know about you, but we’re suddenly feeling a little hungry…
