Naked Paceville Woman Sentenced, Says She Was Drunk
A woman filmed jumping naked into the back of a rubbish truck in Paceville has said she was drunk at the time, during a court sitting in which she was handed a suspended prison sentence.
The 36-year-old Polish woman, who works in a travel agency, was charged in court today with offending public morals, exposing herself in public, causing voluntary damage to private property, breaching the peace, and being drunk in a public place.
She pleaded guilty on all counts and was promptly slapped with a 10-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and a €50 fine she paid on the spot.

Mobile phone footage of the woman jumping naked into the back of a rubbish truck parked in front of the Havana nightclub and kicking out at police officers who tried to pull her out went viral on Monday.
As reported by MaltaToday, she was often on the verge of tears as she limped into court this afternoon dressed in grey, with her left foot bandaged and wrapped in a plastic bag. She said she only had €65 to her name, when asked by magistrate Josette Demicoli whether she wanted to have a lawyer appointed for her.
She apologised for her action and pledged to pay for the damage – estimated to cost €300 – she had unwittingly caused to cameras as the back of the truck.
