One of the fanciest takes on pastizzi the island has ever seen is back for a limited time only – and this time, it’s all about truffle.

Sphinx is officially launching its special edition truffle pastizzi, starting this Friday 7th, in all Sphinx outlets across Malta and Gozo.

But act fast – it will be available for two weeks before disappearing from their menu.

The classic rikotta pastizzi will now be elevated with the addition of aromatic black truffle, with the pastizzi filling itself taking on a new, rather upscaled look to it as well. 

This isn’t the first time the leading food brand has experimented with the classic pastizz, creating everything from lampuki pastizzi to figolla-filled cheesecakes.
