Greek Flags And Memes Litter Ground In Naxxar Counting Hall As Labour Supporters Celebrate Election Win

A Greek flag waved wildly and blue and white striped papers hit the floor as Labour officials jubilantly celebrated early indications their party has won the 2022 General Election.
Torn images of a Greek flag littered the floor alongside printed meme images of PN Leader Bernard Grech showing his face superimposed on various backgrounds in reference to a number of comments he had made in the past.

Speaking to Lovin Malta, one hardcore PL supporter, waving a Greek flag, said he was doing so because he was proud to be Maltese, and that the Nationalist Party needed to “sweep” itself clean if they wanted to win an election.

First indications of a Labour win came in just after 11am today, though the distance between the two party’s votes has yet to be revealed.
